Organization of scientific research activities of talented students

DEPARTMENT OF ORGANIZATION OF RESEARCH ACTIVITIES OF GIFTED STUDENTS

1. Organization of search and identification of talented students.

2. Identifying the intellectual potential of talanted students.

3. Organization of targeted training of talented students based on their abilities and inclinations.

4. Supervise the organization of special classes for gifted students on the history of Uzbekistan, foreign languages, information technologies and the use of the Internet.

5. Involvement in fundamental, practical, innovative and "Start-up" projects and creative teams announced by the Agency for Innovative Development.

6. Organizing the participation of talented students in scientific and practical conferences, university, inter-university, national and international conferences, symposiums, Olympiads and competitions.

7. Preparation of candidates for the State Scholarship of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan and named State Scholarships, Science Olympiads among talented students, and their winning.

8. Material and moral support of highly talented students and their leaders.

9. Organizing roundtable discussions of talented students with representatives of science, university leaders, experienced professors and teachers.

10. Organization and supervision of foreign language clubs

11. To control the participation of students who regularly participate in sports competitions among university students in scientific and practical competitions.

12. Organization of scientific and theoretical seminars for students from the first courses.

13. In order to attract all students to scientific activities, provide full information about the formation of scientific and creative works in seminars and provide practical assistance.

14. Participation in competitions and scientific conferences organized by departments in order to select young people with special talents at the university.

15. Providing practical assistance to talented young people in publishing their scientific works in regional and international journals.

16. Analyzing information about the results of talented students from the departments on a regular basis.

17. Preparation of half-yearly and annual reports on the activities carried out with talented students during the academic year and presenting them to the vice-rector for scientific affairs and innovations.

18. All vice-rectors, heads of departments, heads of academic departments and tutors are responsible for the effective implementation of the above-mentioned tasks.

19. In order to organize work with gifted students and their targeted training, it is recommended to keep the following work folders in the departments:

- Regulation of work with talanted students;

- Work plan (program) for working with talanted students;

- Reports on the implementation of the work plan (program);

- Heads of the higher education institution for gifted students

orders;

- Documents related to the holding of conferences, Olympiads, competitions;

- Documents related to the State Scholarship named after the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan and State Scholarships named after the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan;

- Decisions and orders of the higher management bodies on the search for talented students and their targeted training;

- Programs, work plans of clubs attended by talented students;

- Information about talanted students and their leaders;

- Working with talented students is supervised by professors and teachers with high pedagogical and scientific potential, appointed by the order of the head of the educational institution.
