The Uzbek State University of Physical Education and Sport signed a memorandum with the Asian Karate Federation

As you know, on December 23 this year, a delegation headed by the President of the Asian Karate Federation (ACF), Major General Nasir Abdulrazzok Al-Razuki arrived with an official visit in Uzbekistan.

On December 24, members of the delegation led by the guest of honor who visited the Uzbek State University of Physical Education and Sport. The guests were greeted by the rector of the Uzbek State University of Physical Education and Sport, Professor Mahmudjon Boltabaev.

The event was attended by vice-president of the Asian Karate Federation, chairman of the Karate Federation of Uzbekistan Alamzhon Mullaev, head of the department of theory and methodology of international wrestling Shukhrat Arslanov and others.

At the meeting, rector M. Boltabaev spoke about paying attention to  grow popularity of karate in our country and the work which’s carried out at the university in this direction, the history of the university and the achievements of student-athletes in the international arenas in recent years.

In turn, Mr. Nasir Abdulrazzok Al-Razuki expressed satisfaction with his visit to our country, expressed hope for further expansion of cooperation with the Uzbek State University of Physical Education and Sport and invited the university leadership to participate in major Asian karate events. Federation. He also thanked for the hospitality and warm welcome.

After that, a memorandum of understanding was signed. The President of the Asian Karate Federation (ACF) Major General Nasir Abdulrazzok Al-Razuki was also awarded the title of honorary professor of the university.

During the visit, the honored guest got acquainted with the educational institution and the conditions that’re created for the students. He presented tatami and sports equipment to the karate hall of the Uzbek State University of Physical Education and Sport.
