Today, our pedagogues-scientists conducted the next research work in cooperation with the Institute of Physical Education and Sports Scientific Research in modern laboratory conditions of the Uzbek State  University of Physical Education and Sports.

  
It was attended by graduates of Olympic and Paralympic reserve colleges, members of the youth weightlifting team of Uzbekistan.

At first, the athletes were introduced to the equipment in the laboratory. After that, their physical condition was studied along with their functional condition. In particular, the body composition was studied by the method of bioimpedancemetry, and the strength of the hand and back was measured using a dynamometer.

At the end of the research, based on the obtained results, the athletes were given recommendations by our scientists, which will be necessary during training.
