Since 2003, he has been a member of the Uzbekistan skiing team. In February 2003,
for the first time, he competed at competitions under the auspices of the
Federation International de Ski in Japan. In March 2004,
he became a two-time winner of the competition in Turkey.
In 2005 he participated in the World Championship in Bormio.
Where he finished 71st in the giant slalom and did not finish in the second slalom run.
In 2006 he joined the national team
of Uzbekistan at the Winter Olympic Games in Torino.
In the slalom, he averaged 2 minutes 20.88 seconds, placing 46th, 37.74 seconds behind winner Benjamin Reich of Austria.
He was the flag bearer of the national team of Uzbekistan at the opening and closing ceremonies of the Winter Olympic games.
